In the middle of a bike ride, I wasn't thinking I'd want anything too heavy, but I LOVE a BLT, so I just had to order this. I've never been a runny egg fan, but maybe it didn't gross me out this time because it's not really an egg. I felt that the "egg" (Yo Egg) added a lot of really nice flavor! The Texas toast also wasn't as greasy as I was anticipating, so I appreciated that! The last leg of our ride was a bit tough, but I won't put that on the food. It was just a long ride and it ended really windy. 😅
