Bah Kut Teh Ramen

🍜 Go to type of soup when I need a little pick up. Have not seen a restaurant get this wrong! Herby, warming, but not too spicy. I just hope to see someone up the game and get a better balance of noodles and vegetables~ the dough fritter was... okay. I'd say not entirely necessary. Especially for menus that wanna target the low fat audience. 😘

The soup is so good! They’re very generous with the ingredients, and the portion is big! Kitchen service is a little slow though, but this place is highly recommended!

Served with black charcoal youtiao in bak kut teh soup base. Tasty!

I’d pretty stronger herbal and peppery stock .....

Charcoal Dough fritters? Huge portion! Very filling and herby soup! Was not too oily either
