These seem to have gone up in price since I’ve been away, however they’re essential for that B12 and can be used to make good vegan Parmesan or add to a mushroom risotto at the end and sprinkle lemon juice to give it a real taste boost!

Great for making a bean chili, the presence of chick peas didn’t bother me.

Blue dragon need to do a little design update to the packaging because the front says “suitable for vegetarians” but when you look closer at the back it says that these are vegan. Either way, some good wholewheat noodles more

Lee Kum Kee is legit and it’s great ti know their soy sauces are vegan. This light soy sauce is a great addition to a stir fry after cooking
