Verde Enchiladas en JaJaJa Plantas Mexicana — Reseña de Iszy (13 may 2023)

I love enchiladas, so it was a no-brainer picking this. It's made with green tomato, serrano, palm carnitas, and coconut queso, with a side of Spanish rice. This was a nice light dish. It didn't come out as hot as I expected, but it was a hot day, so I'm not necessarily complaining. The palm carnitas were really impressive! The texture was great and the seasoning was flavorful. I added some orange and black sauce to the rice to zhuzh it up a bit more.
