I’m glad I got to try this before they closed! It comes with Herbivorous Butcher hickory smoked vegan bacon, tomato relish, red onion, dressed arugula, and house made vegan mayo on French bread.

When these came out I was a bit disappointed. I know it's a one letter difference, but these are MASHED potatoes, not SMASHED potatoes. Smashed potatoes are boiled, then smashed down once, and baked so they become beautiful crispy little potato bites. I wasn't prepared to eat a bowl of textureless potatoes outside in 80 degrees. They were fine mashed potatoes, just a bit unimaginative and mislabeled. I always like when the skin is kept on mashed potatoes. You need to specify you want this vegan. #potato

What a great starter! This is some elevated bar food. The popcorn is light and not too oily that it'll ruin your appetite. The truffle flavor is strong enough to be detected, but not overpowering. I like the black pepper that is added too. It gives it the slightest burn and kick that compliments the earthiness. #popcorn #snack #truffle #mushroomlover

This is another incredibly meaty sandwich. It has HB pastrami and bacon. I preferred this over the VLT. I think what really made it stand out was the roasted red pepper and Dijon. #sandwich #veganmeat #veganbacon

As other reviews say, this is a greasy sandwich! There is also a very generous portion of HB bacon. The bacon wasn't crisp which I would have preferred, so it just ended up being a really meaty sandwich, which is not very characteristic of a BLT. I appreciated the addition of the thinly sliced red onion. #sandwich #veganbacon #veganmeat

The Sheridan Room is closing at the end of the month, so I had to stop over and try an array of the dishes. It's sad to see another Nordeast staple leave. If you can, get over there to try it out before it's gone. They have a great selection of vegan dishes on their menu. This is some great vegan Mac and cheese! We just got the side without the loaded accoutrements. The sauce wasn't really cheesey, but was still so warm and inviting. I think there's a subtle cozy spice in there, my best guess would be nutmeg. I loved the ratio of sauce to pasta and the texture was perfectly creamy. P.S. I was given a new phone (3 generations newer than my old phone) so look at that beautiful photo quality! 😍 I'm so excited to take so many food pics with this advanced camera. #macandcheese #pasta #vegancheese

(On the left) solid sandwich, pretty oily as their sandwiches tend to be. Tastes a decent amount like their vlt too honestly. Definitely enjoyed it overall
