Veggie Scramble

Loved this! Obviously, I requested it vegan so it was a tofu scramble. The bottom was a layer of hash-browns and the mix of veggies in it were perfect. That jam tho!!! 😍 It was so good + unique. It was some sort of strawberry, basil jam maybe? Really yummy. I got my scramble with a side of Herbivorous Butcher bacon. Excellent brunch!
