This was really delicious. I’ve had the nanyang curry on multiple occasions and it’s always really flavourful, as are their vegan cheese and cream made in-house. While I generally liked this dish, I wish the sauce was less sweet and slightly spicier. I felt like the mala numbing taste was slightly tame here. That being said, the portion was big and there were plenty of veggies and mushrooms. Wish there was a bit more tofu or ingredients higher in protein, but this wasn’t too bad.
