Dry Ramen Handmade Dumplings

This was quite tasty, with springy ramen noodles, deliciously crispy dumplings and some veggies. I also added on yuba. I did feel though that the ramen noodles were quite bland and could have used some more sauce/flavouring. A satisfying meal. The fried dumplings were crisp and plump. The texture of dry ramen was good though should have been more flavourful. They have a great vegan options to choose from 👍

Very satisfying meal 😚 loved the ikan bilis! The dumplings are crisp and hefty.

The dumplings/gyoza and accompanying soup was good. But would’ve liked more flavour in the noodles :(
