This scoop (bottom) was matcha flavoured with cookie butter swirl in it. While it was delicious, I think it could have had more matcha flavour. The matcha definitely was mild and kind of hard to taste. The cookie butter flavour was there though and it was really nice, especially the little pieces of the cookie. Overall a great cone! #sweettooth

Dessert at the Vegan’s Who Snack festival🍦. I’ve been wanting to try Moo Shu Icecream for a while, as they are known for their creative flavours! Hard to pick the flavours I wanted as they all sounded amazing! I went with the chocolate cake and sesame caramel on top! The chocolate cake pieces were so yummy and tasted like brownie, chocolatey and chewy and rich! And the caramel drizzle was delicious, although I struggled to taste the sesame.

I loved this ice cream from Moo Shu! It’s not as smooth as dairy ice cream but the flavour was unique and very tasty. It was mostly coffee flavour with a lovely fudge swirl. The waffle cone was also excellent. I’ve heard nothing but good things about how Moo Shu operates and treats their employees. Plus they’re committed to offering creative vegan options - I’ll definitely be back. #ottawa

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Moo Shu, both their ice cream and how they operate. I was very excited to try it for my first time at the Vegans Who Snack festival in #ottawa. My friend tried this strawberry shortcake flavour and said it was delicious! We got one scoop (technically the kids’ size) and upgraded to the waffle cone, which was delightful.

Moo Shu's vegan ice creams are enjoyed by everyone. The texture is no different than that of real diary ice cream. Though this was good, I had high expectations. It wasn't quite like the strawberry rhubarb pie I grew up eating, but still worth a try! Made with fresh local strawberries and rhubarb too!

Taro isn't for everyone, it's not the most extravagant flavour out there. It's subtle taste works so well with the dark chocolate and coconut. One of my favourites!

This is a chocolate, plant based ice cream. Part of their regular line of plant based ice creams. Great on it's own, but so much better served with theblack sesame ice cream. It's texture is identicle to dairy ice cream.

I always love finding great/different vegan ice cream flavours. The entire restaurant is inspired by Asian flavours and this black sesame definitely didn’t disappoint. I paired this year round staple with vegan peach leaf, a seasonal flavour. Would highly recommend checking them out as they’re always introducing new flavours based on seasonal and local fruits.
