Moo Shu Ice Cream & Kitchen

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Moo Shu, both their ice cream and how they operate. I was very excited to try it for my first time at the Vegans Who Snack festival in #ottawa.
My friend tried this strawberry shortcake flavour and said it was delicious! We got one scoop (technically the kids’ size) and upgraded to the waffle cone, which was delightful.
