Went for Sunday brunch, wow so tasty! Husband had the Mac n cheese on their reg deli menu. I highly recommend the lobster etouffe Benedict (I know I’m not spelling that right lol). Brunch is 10-2 on Sunday. Also got a brownie to go which was excellent as well!

Another delicious option from the vegan culinary school:) The crust is great, very flaky. I loved the filling too! Definitely had some spinach and vegan ham. I am also impressed with the flavors of the dishes at this spot. It is also great because there is plenty of parking. There is somewhat limited seating inside. This spot also offers vegan cooking classes which is super cool. #vegasvegan

This breakfast burrito was so good!! Definitely the best vegan burrito I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant. The tofu scramble was delicious and the spinach was cooked nicely. The sauce and bacon were so smoky, the best part:( and I love that the rice made it so filling. Vegas vegan culinary school is my go to while I’m working all day at the LV convention center. They offer so many options all good to go!! #vegasvegan

That's a damn good Philly cheese steak. The chef was telling me how she tries to stick to whole foods. I also had the pumpkin pie which was also very good. And got a mocha. The chef said they make their own soy and oat milk.
