Breakfast Bacon Burrito

This breakfast burrito was so good!! Definitely the best vegan burrito I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant. The tofu scramble was delicious and the spinach was cooked nicely. The sauce and bacon were so smoky, the best part:( and I love that the rice made it so filling. Vegas vegan culinary school is my go to while I’m working all day at the LV convention center. They offer so many options all good to go!! #vegasvegan
