The folk at @abillion10 love eating here! The #mapotofu is a must have 😋 It’s easily accessible to everyone because it’s not so #spicy and the MSG content feels just right to pair with a nice serving of white rice 🍚

Mapo Tofu has always been a family favourite and the vegan version still retains the classical flavour of savory, fresh and spice. It has brilliant presentation with a red soup and green onions that creates a colour contrast. It was warm and filling and the texture was soft and crumbly, just how I remember it. Would definatly recommend.

I might’ve got the name of this wrong but it’s the only thing I can tell from the menu that has #blackfungus in it 🤷‍♀️ There’s no sign of romaine lettuce though so uh.. please correct me if I’ve got the wrong entry 😅 It’s usually my colleagues that do the ordering! Shame though cause I’d love to order this again if I’m ever here with my oomfies 🐈🐈‍⬛ Guess we’ll improvise, just like they seem to do with this anyways 😙 Today it came with peanuts 🥜 and I don’t recall that it ever has before! It definitely elevates it by quite a bit cause I am a sucker for nuts 😫💦 especially the harder types! The #fungus doesn’t absorb as much of the flavour as I’d like but they at least don’t overcook it so the texture remains nice and crunchy 😋 Again, no word on the price cause I never look at the menu here 🤫

I genuinely think they’ve greatly improved on this since I first had it 😅 Or perhaps Singapore has changed my palate! I know for a fact I can’t take the heat as much any more 😝 This country does not do #spicy! What they do have a monopoly on is all things super super unhealthy, in spite of us Malaysians joking that the reason our cuisine hits harder is.. “lower health standards” 🤪 This has become the #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease dish I’ve been hoping for! It’s a lot less soggy now with a sturdier “crust” and slight hint of sweet on the batter 😋 Avoneko was very happy with it too! #catsofabv #catsofabillion

I’m glad my company insurance covers quite a bit cause with these team lunches at 成都 it’s only a matter of time that I’m going to need a heart procedure 🩻🫀💥 Oil, and tonnes of it! slathered over bits of cut cucumber 🥒 Paired with enough garlic to undo the entire season of halloween 🧛‍♀️ and just the right amount of #spicy, this is by far one of my favourite appetisers 🤤 If #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease, this one’s surely a top contender 🤺

Here comes a dish born from one of history’s oldest pieces of cooking technology 🍲 and you know what… I think I can taste the difference 🤔 The humble eggplant stewed to ooey goeey savouriness 😋 There’s a surprising burst of sweetness beneath the #umamibomb goo 😝 Not to mention, the quintessential #crazyspicy #sichuan #chili 🔥 It’s so mushy in the most comforting way… other than the burnnn 🤤🥵 It doesn’t seem too big for its size but this is #eggplant we’re talking about here. It’s filling and $12.80 doesn’t seem half bad 😏 It’s not too strong but still too delicious for #teamspicy to resist 😜

Yum! This dish was good, also very spicy, but not so much I couldn’t eat two helpings. The beans are just lightly cooked so there is still a bit of a bite to them. A very good side dish.

Here’s another dish from my dinner with work mates. The taste was nice, I liked the crunchy texture of the cashews, but the texture of the mushrooms was a little off putting. However, I think I am a bit picky when it comes to textures.

A few colleagues and I went out for dinner and order loads of food, this dish being one of them. I only had a few bites because, while tasty, it was VERY 🌶🌶🌶! If you like mala this is a great dish.
