Here comes a dish born from one of history’s oldest pieces of cooking technology 🍲 and you know what… I think I can taste the difference 🤔

The humble eggplant stewed to ooey goeey savouriness 😋 There’s a surprising burst of sweetness beneath the #umamibomb goo 😝 Not to mention, the quintessential #crazyspicy #sichuan #chili 🔥 It’s so mushy in the most comforting way… other than the burnnn 🤤🥵

It doesn’t seem too big for its size but this is #eggplant we’re talking about here. It’s filling and $12.80 doesn’t seem half bad 😏

It’s not too strong but still too delicious for #teamspicy to resist 😜
