On weekends Brút hosts a brunch buffet which features plenty of delicious vegan options. The food is very fresh and high quality. Nice to get so much plan based options, full also of beans and nuts (thank you for knowing that vegan people eat protein too! )

This is the vegan dessert they could offer. A pity that among the many cakes they offer, not even one was vegan! But I also have to confess that, after a whole menu, the fruit sorbet was actually the only dessert I could have managed to eat! 😅 It was made out of red berries (strawberry and raspberries) and atomatised with rose. It is per se a cool idea but I think the rose 🌹 taste was actually too dominant and tiring after some spoons.

As far as I got, they always serve some vegetables as side to their main dishes. I got the vegan version, consisting in grilled Romain salad with lemon juice and a grilled potatoes. They brought me also a good olive oil to pour over them.

Nice but not mind blowing. I had higher expectations honestly. The cauliflower was supposed to deep-fried, but I asked to have it roasted instead. I think the glace had some balsamic vinegar in it, which was good but a but tiring after some bits. The barley was crunchy, not as I expected - but good after all. I was expecting truffle on top, but got instead some truffle flavoured sauce instead which I didn't like too much.

Nice roasted broccolini on vegan salsa Verde. The original dish had cheese, but they veganised it by putting roasted almond flakes instead.

I did enjoy this vegan carpaccio! Very fresh, well marinated. Oranges and grapefruit, onion and olive taggiasche. Top.
