Vegan sorbet en BRÚT Restaurant — Reseña de sumarhvonn (26 abr 2022)

This is the vegan dessert they could offer. A pity that among the many cakes they offer, not even one was vegan! But I also have to confess that, after a whole menu, the fruit sorbet was actually the only dessert I could have managed to eat! 😅 It was made out of red berries (strawberry and raspberries) and atomatised with rose. It is per se a cool idea but I think the rose 🌹 taste was actually too dominant and tiring after some spoons.
