Veggies as side en BRÚT Restaurant — Reseña de sumarhvonn (26 abr 2022)

As far as I got, they always serve some vegetables as side to their main dishes. I got the vegan version, consisting in grilled Romain salad with lemon juice and a grilled potatoes. They brought me also a good olive oil to pour over them.
