This wasn’t my favorite. I know it’s hard to re-create mozzarella and this wasn’t a very successful attempt either. It didn’t taste bad, it just didn’t taste like mozzarella sticks, that’s all. Oh my god these where bloody beautiful! Honestly my favourite of the night it was painful having to share them😭 The outside was coated in a lovely crispy panko with a mouth watering coconut mozzarella cheese inside. The sauce was apparently jalapeño however I didn’t find it spicy! It complimented them really well and even without the sauce they where show stopping. I wish I didn’t live 200+ miles away otherwise I’d eat this every night! #veganisnotscary
We ate at Unity Diner last friday, so a week ago now, and I STILL cannot get these mozzarella sticks out of my head!! They were immensely good, think I could have eaten about 20 🤤 Every aspect was just divine, the panko coating was crisped to perfection and I loved that the jalapeño dip wasn’t too spicy, it just gave everything a lovely kick. And of course the main event, the soft, melty coconut mozzarella inside was actually heavenly. I would highly, highly recommend getting this dish as a starter here #day1 #veganisnotscary
