Oh my god these where bloody beautiful! Honestly my favourite of the night it was painful having to share them😭 The outside was coated in a lovely crispy panko with a mouth watering coconut mozzarella cheese inside. The sauce was apparently jalapeño however I didn’t find it spicy! It complimented them really well and even without the sauce they where show stopping. I wish I didn’t live 200+ miles away otherwise I’d eat this every night! #veganisnotscary
