Roma Savoury Galette

Made with gluten-free buckwheat flour, and laden with flavour-burst toppings, I could have done with

half the size - it is filling. Usually served with vegan cheese, I had it without.

This was an extremely tasty breakfast, I love the thought that went into the vegan

option here. It included avocado, roasted tomatoes, vegan cheese, spinach and pine nuts. The only down side here is that you get charged a reasonable amount more for plant based milk in your coffee :(
