Loved this dish! The braised red cabbage agrodolce was very interesting and gave the dish
a nice umami flavor that complimented the portabella and contrasted the potatoes nicely.

here-- so delicious. I love how it's plated, perfect portion, and the aioli adds such a nice balanced flavor when you mix the last bites together. I also like how the entrees are good "date" plates-- easy and simple to eat without making a fool of yourself lol
