Spicy and Sour Shredded Potato

One more dish. Nice side dish, a little tangy, but nothing exceptional about it.

I’ll admit it was a little funny to me that after sampling a chilled #spicy cucumber thing, I found myself sampling a chilled spicy potato thing 😂 However, these #potatoes have a soury tinge… as advertised 👏 It’s vinegary. It’s spicy. It’s shredded and potentially also blanched but it ain’t bad at all. I only then realised, it was worth it in how it fills you 👌 It’s tasty but I’d find it too filling with how much water it holds 😛

Not spicy. A little bland . But well fried potato slices. Bring back my china-living memories. Love this! Wish it is spicy though

This might just be my favourite dish here 🤩 It looks so unassuming and plain but it packs so much flavour! I’ve never quite had anything like it before! Pickled potatoes, anyone? I don’t even know if it’s pickled, it just tastes that way and the shredded potatoes 🛹 🥔 🤙 were just so tender 😋 A little #spicy too, much more so than any of the dishes with chilli that actually stood out. Odd how that works 😄 #bestpicks
