Il miglior croissant da lungo tempo, sfogliatura perfetta, delizioso e super farcito. 
Croccante e soddisfacente al palato

Brioche vegana alla marmellata. L'impasto per me risulta leggermente pensante, molto simile a quello delle brioche non vegane, ma il ripieno è ottimo e abbondante. Complessivamente molto buona.
