Nachos Supreme

These are some of the best nachos I've had. I have the recipe for the queso and the jackfruit carnitas that I got during VegFest one year. The cashew cheese is so yummy and the carnitas have a nice citrus-y taste. The pickled jalapeños and red onion made the nachos so pretty. I also really like the chips they use! These are so delicious! Chips topped with Jackfruit, pickled onions, japs and a cashew cheese sauce!

This place is always incredible! The nachos do not disappoint. The cheese is so good you’d never know it’s vegan. And jackfruit is a wonder food, acting just like pulled pork. Can’t wait for the brick and mortar restaurant!!!
