These are some of the best nachos I've had. I have the recipe for the queso and the jackfruit carnitas that I got during VegFest one year. The cashew cheese is so yummy and the carnitas have a nice citrus-y taste. The pickled jalapeños and red onion made the nachos so pretty. I also really like the chips they use! Last weekend was the Spirit of May Day celebration at Powderhorn Park! Reverie helps put on this incredible spring gathering with parades, puppets, live music, and a whole lot of community love! Their cauliflower tacos are a classic choice! They have crispy, battered cauliflower, pickled red onion, arugula, and a delicious creamy sauce. This is the first time I've had vegan beignets and I loved them! The dough is slightly chewy and they are filled with chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar.

These cauliflower tacos are excellent- the flavor was really bright and light, with a good balance between the charred cauliflower, pickled onions, and corn tortillas.

This sandwich is phenomenal, seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten! It is so savory and a little creamy with a hint of pepper flavor. I want to eat this sandwich every day of my life. I had this at Reverie's brand new brick and mortar location.

This dish is amazing. The flavors are delicious and every ingredient seems to be so intentional to complement each other. It’s my favorite brunch item and it’s gluten free. It’s usually presented prettier, but I got mine in a to-go container I brought.

So good! The polenta and rancheros beans were great together, and the toasted pepitas added some good crunch! It was a bit spicy, but the lime leaf sour cream and guac helped with that.
