menu; love the vegan options - it is actually so thought out with the creativity of their vegan dishes, you can tell from that, that there is a lot of care going into it. this is the charcoal bucatini and holy schmoly, can i please eat this everyday. stunning presentation and so bloody delicious. this dish, always. will never not order this if im at mark & vinnys, that would be sacrilegious. so much love and care put into this one. the charcoal bucatini has a great bite to it, incredible creamy sauce, the egg yolk is wizardy and all together an addictive earthy taste. ahhhh, it's heaven.
