General Tso's Monkey Head Mushroom

i really loved this! can't go wrong with monkeyhead mushroom. deep fried and coated in a sweet-savoury sauce. sauce had a nice kick of spice. but it was like 60% batter 40% mushroom haha 😧 - overall the food at Lingzhi was good but i wouldn't say exceptional, especially considering the high price point. plus most of the dishes on the menu were deep fried / drenched in a heavy layer of sauce 😯 (we ordered from their CNY menu, maybe their ala carte menu has healthier options.)

Set Meal Dish 3/6 I liked this! Chewy mushroom pieces in sweet and sour sauce :) I think the mushroom pieces are covered in a layer of flour they make vegan orh luak with which gave them a really chewy texture.

Amazing taste with chewy texture with attractive presentation.
