A 2021 dish maybe? priced at a painless $14 then. Tryin to dump my old gallery into my new toy and this pic showed up. No comments on taste though. Fried beancurd in savoury sauce with assorted diced vegetables - I believe I ate mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrots. Second time eating this, pretty good though it didn't come sizzling hot in a hotplate, because I had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat. P.S. Simple and hearty dish of hotplate tofu served with assorted diced vegetables. However for tofu lovers, I would recommend their handmade yuzu / charcoal sesame / shan yao tofu instead! ($14 / S)

Didn't like this dish that much, probably because it was quite plain tasting and dwarfed by other dishes. I wouldn't order it again. #crf
