
Fried beancurd in savoury sauce with assorted diced vegetables - I believe I ate mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrots. Second time eating this, pretty good though it didn't come sizzling hot in a hotplate, because I had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat. P.S.
