Vegan Maple Cinnamon Bun

This flavor was a 10 out of 10 !! The cinnamon flavor was on point. The overall texture and taste of this cupcake was amazing. I highly recommend baked by Melissa for any of your vegan cupcake needs.

Sorry, does the name alone sound CRAZY delicious? Guess what. It IS! For me personally some of the chocolate cupcakes can be a tiiiiiny bit one-note or dense for my taste, but this one is particularly light and fluffy with a very balanced mix of flavors that is just beyond delicious and amazing ☺️ Baked by Melissa had always been a fave spot of mine as a vegetarian, and I’m so glad they’re increasingly adding vegan options! You’d never know the difference, and I love how the adorable bite-sized cupcakes allow you to try many flavors at once!
