Sorry, does the name alone sound CRAZY delicious? Guess what. It IS! For me personally some of the chocolate cupcakes can be a tiiiiiny bit one-note or dense for my taste, but this one is particularly light and fluffy with a very balanced mix of flavors that is just beyond delicious and amazing ☺️

Baked by Melissa had always been a fave spot of mine as a vegetarian, and I’m so glad they’re increasingly adding vegan options! You’d never know the difference, and I love how the adorable bite-sized cupcakes allow you to try many flavors at once!
