I loooooved these veggie Afghan dumplings. 🥟 The wrapper was so thin and delicate and the filling was this delicious leek. They were under a bed of soy yoghurt which added a beautiful creaminess, with fried yellow lentils on top adding texture and some bright flavour. If you like dumplings of any kind, you have to give this one a try!
Pasta dumplings filled with an Afghan leek served with vegan yogurt and topped with yellow lentils. The dumplings melt in the mouth and leek taste between Swiss chard and spinach. Very tasty. First time to try such a dish.
