Zoodles with Sundried Tomato Cream

I hate to say this but this dish was horrible. The sundried tomato cream was dry and chunky with huge dry chunks of cashew. If only they had soaked the cashews first or added some waters to the blender the meal would have been a billion times better. Unfortunately this is the second bad experience we have had there which is a shame because their wait staff were very good and kind. Also, they do not have as many vegan dishes as one would expect based on the reviews online
