Zatar Sumac Fries

These fries had the perfect level of crunch and the spices are delicious. It does get spicy toward the end though.

Fries were not oily at all and super crispy! I’ve never tried zatar or sumac before, but it had a lemony kinda flavor. I wished there was more seasoning in it though.
