Yokohama Tantan

I loved this #ramen The homemade chili paste made the mushroom broth nice and spicy 🌶️ I added tofu, corn and shiitake mushrooms. All in all, this was one of the best ramens that I’ve had. The restaurant shares a lobby with a hostel which was a little weird, but otherwise it was spacious and we got to sit at an open window by the street and watch a local celebration happening outside.

Yummy, umami-y, mushrooms, peanuty goodness. Hits the spot
