I love that The Wild Hare has so many vegan options. There are five different bowls on the menu, and all are vegan by default (as well as gluten free)! This one is marked as spicy, although it's definitely more of a Minnesotan spice. This is a pretty mild curry that has a nice creamy texture because of the coconut milk. Instead of being a curry served with rice, it's more of a creamy curry rice, or pre-mixed. It has a bunch of veggies including broccoli, red peppers, sweet potatoes, carrots crispy chickpeas, scallions, and cilantro. The chickpeas were a fun addition. They added a nice texture and were very flavorful. You can add tofu for an additional $4. This actually makes this dish quite expensive at $22. At least this was filled more than past bowls we've had here!
