My cousin @chloslo and I are in Taiwan this week and are going to be
eating our way through Taipei for the next couple of days!! We started at this vegan dim sum restaurant, which truly brought me so much excitement as I’ve never had so many dim sum options. We got a set menu, where you can pick 7 dishes of different categories, totalling to around 1500 TWD which is about 46 USD. Seemed a little costly at first but tbh this was enough food for 3 people so it actually felt like it was reasonable.
This cocoon pastry was out of this world flaky, melt in the mouth, and buttery, and the radish on the inside was soft and chewy and didn’t have much flavour, but this was all about texture. Great start to a wonderful meal!
