Yam Ang Ku Kueh

Pardon the two finger-holes made by my sis :’) Oily like most ang-ku-kuehs but soft & slightly chewy glutinous rice skin with a not too sweet yam filling!

strictly for the dollar (allergic to yam) Good thing, could have easily polished off 5 of these in 1 sitting 😋

10/10! The soft skin and smooth creamy yam filling was really delicious.

The skin was still nice and chewy after 1 day in the fridge, the taro paste was very creamy and they reuse unwanted steamers as flower pots #zerowaste

$1.40!! they’re having some pop up store at bugis mrt (the walkway from downtown line to bugis junction) not sure for how long but I got so excited when I saw it:D the colorful akk sitting in a box... :””) this was really good, the skin was so chewy and soft, filling to skin ratio was 10/10. the yam filling was not bad, not overly sweet but the yam flavour wasn’t strong enough imo. but still good!! also super oily but that’s akk for you
