Vegan Mee Hoon Kueh Dry, hand-torn noodles which comes with a huge bowl of vegetables

soup, $7. The flavour and seasoning were on point, ❤ their Mee Hoon Kueh so chewy and smooth. Do add Chilli oil (upon request) if you are not on allium-free diet, it makes a whole lot of difference and enhances the flavour of the noodle!!! A good size amount of vegetables in the soup will fill you up and crave for lesser carbs😊. #sgeats #singapore

when I just turned vegan, i used to look forward to going to Cantine foodcourt

at Paya Lebar to eat their vegan noodles because it was the only affordable vegan option back then (plus I didn’t like vegetarian stalls that much because of mock meats). So this simple bowl of noodles really makes me reminisce harder times that I’ve been through when being vegan wasn’t that easy in my scenario!! Going vegan may not be easy for every one ! Feel free to share your difficulties and challenges! I’ll always lend a listening ear (or perhaps eyes? )

I paid an extra 50c for the handmade mee hoon kueh and it was a

great decision! I really like the texture and chewiness of handmade mee hoon kueh, reminsicent of my childhood. #crf

Used to be my must-order dish in the food court growing up (alongside wanton mee) 😆 What’s your fav dish when you were a child?
