This was such a convincing seafood dish! The “meat” was very springy and the gravy almost tasted like chilli crab! Super yums!
Overall really nice and unexpected. Made from mushrooms so I was bound to love it. I used to be an avid pescatarian and something does remind me of seafood I loved so much. It’s not quite like I can pin point what fish or seafood it it’s got a sea feel to it. Great texture it crumbles a little bit is still firm.
