Tofu döner

This tofu doner was so delicious!! They have the tofu rotating on a stick just like the meat would be, love it! The secret sauce can be veganized and it was damn yummy. Not to mention the soft and herby bread. Juicy, flavourful and fresh!

If you're unfamiliar, it's 2 square breads, sealed on two sides, stuffed with veggies and tofu and sauce. I had never seen or heard of anything like it before, a very unique sandwich! It was really good. Their sauce definitely stood out. It was fairly easy to eat, which is important to me. Not too messy, but I can see that not always being the case. Tofu was very tasty, and I liked the chewier texture. And there was lots of it! A solid, filling sandwich. Restaurant itself was clean, simple and classy. I like the minimalist menu. Friendly staff. Great experience overall!

Very tasty and love that there’s a tofu option. Only thing I would change is to have whole grain bread

This is a huge delicious sandwich with a unique tofu preparation technique. Flavours on the right spot, I’d add a bit more sauce as the tofu is a bit too dry. #Tierradeanimales
