WINTER CHOWDER with Root Vegetables & Garlic Toasts

This was really yummy, but I advise not to put the garlic toast in your soup unless you like soggy bread. My favorite part was the horseradish crema, but I would have totally used it as a spread because it was so yummy and got lost in the soup. Also, I wish there was more of it, of course.
