For me this is pretty much a perfect meal. Falafel and avocado on a bed
of the most delicious tabbouleh and hummus this side of the Middle East!
The thing that sets this dish apart is the amazing tabbouleh, which is packed with herbs and seeds and pomegranate and sliced grapes 🍇 that give this dish just the right zing!
