Thought that the swiss cheese in here wasn’t vegan but it is (check again to

confirm before you order)! Amazingly huge & slightly dehydrated portobello for the bun, with dehydrated pineapple, veggies, a soft, earthy & tangy grain/nut patty with delicious carrot-like chips & savoury, slightly cheezy kale chips without that off-putting calcium supplement taste that kale usually has. #portobello #mushroom #kale #chips #burger

Portobello Bun, Beetroot Patty, Lettuce, Tomato, Dehydrated Pineapple Pickle, Dairy-Free Cultured Swiss Cheese, Dehydrated Chips, complete with Mycoprotein Chicken (Mycoprotein, a protein derived from a micro fungus species).

first thing that really impressed me was the smell that came with the dish- the

rich earthiness of the portobello that was simply seasoned but had such deep flavour! came with beetroot patty that was ok, dehydrated pineapple pickle that i couldn’t really taste, fresh lettuce and tomato, vegan swiss cheese that was a little too thin, and mycoprotein chicken which was really nice, overall the flavours went pretty well together and i would say i’m quite impressed, also the kale chips were really nice with sesame seeds and probably nooch that gave a savoury cheesy flavour, as well as the other orange dehydrated chips that were slightly spiced (cinnamon?) quite impressed but at $20, i would say the BLT is more worth it :”)


~$20 first time trying a portobello dish that uses the mushroom as the buns! The

portobello is fairly too thin as a whole bun, so they actually stacked 3 into the burger. The patty here is actually really nice! Can taste the soy sauce pretty strongly.
The dried vegetable chips are not too dried up and still pretty tasty.
