Waffles & Earl Grey Ice Cream

Visited on their last day of operations at the Upper Thomson outlet with my JC

It used to be a tradition for us to head there after every final paper / during sch hols, and we continued visiting from time to time for catch-up sessions throughout our uni years and after graduation. Gonna head to WS Deli in Jurong from now on for their delicious food!

Ordered one of our fav items:

Crisp on the outside & soft and cakey-kueh-y on the inside. Pairs amazingly well with earl grey ice cream~ ☕️🍨

The waffles here are crunchy & chewy and on the denser side (a bit like

kueh)! Great pairing with the super fragrant earl grey lavender ice cream & maple syrup :’)

realised I'm not an ice-cream person anymore haha but DAMN these waffles!!!!! crispy edges but

still so light and fluffy in the middle. so good 🥺

Their waffles are Super crispy and fluffy! Goes Super well w ice cream as expected
