🤩I finally got to try this dish!
👍🏻I was somewhat hesitant as I don't love deep fried foods, but they were kind enough to accommodate a change to their curried tempeh. So that's why it looks different.
🎃The sauce is tasty, but not heavy. Pumpkin is such a great, and pretty nutritious ingredient, to make creamy sauces. The sweetness adds a layer of complexity to the savoury seasonings, which give the "salted" flavour profile.
🍝Udon is pretty chewy. I'd be happy to see pasta options in the future.
