Thin chewy layer

of mochi with a generous serving of matcha ice cream, and a spoonful of adzuki beans. Honestly everything was just so good and beyond our expectations. #veganin2020

Matcha r'ice-cream wrapped in chewy black sesame mochi skin and served with sweet adzuki beans.

I liked this so mochi as it reminded me of Japanese daifuku!

I was really looking forward to trying this because matcha + red bean is a

match made in heaven (to me anyway) and I love mochi. Everything else was great but the texture of the rice cream was just really icy and hard.
