So delicious. Homemade bread topped with spinach, tomato, vacon (optional extra), tofu, cheese sauce and
caviar (very impressive). I loved that all of the elements were made from scratch as it made this a lighter option of your traditional Eggs Benedict without compromising any of the texture or flavour. The menu here is a tad more expensive (easily R400 for 2 people) than other vegan cafés but it's money well spent.
