Tofu benedict

So delicious. Homemade bread topped with spinach, tomato, vacon (optional extra), tofu, cheese sauce and

caviar (very impressive). I loved that all of the elements were made from scratch as it made this a lighter option of your traditional Eggs Benedict without compromising any of the texture or flavour. The menu here is a tad more expensive (easily R400 for 2 people) than other vegan cafés but it's money well spent.

This is a lovely little cafe that is fully vegan. The owner is super friendly

and makes you feel so at home.

sauce, cherry tomatoes etc - really enjoyed it. We Cafe now also offer vegetarian options (more of a flexitarian venue these days) but it’s easy to spot all the vegan options. They have to do what they have to do to keep the doors open and it’s just such a great venue with wonderful people and superb food 👌 I’ll keep on going

Awesome alternative eggs Benedict option from We Cafe. Definitely had an eggy taste so if

you’re not the biggest fan, maybe give this a skip. Tasty and filling with brioche bun, spinach, tomatoes, tofu and hollandaise sauce for R118.

I am not sure if this item is still on the menu at Holy Spirit,

but I had the pleasure of trying it once with some friends and it was a great experience, customisable to add “bacon” and some other goodies.

Amazing dish full of flavour - go for a side of vacon too!
