This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes by far! It has everything you could
ever want for breakfast and the portion is huge so I have a second meal for later. the seitan was perfectly breaded and the tofu scramble is to die for with perfect flavor!
This was a delicious recreation of #chickenfriedsteak with #seitan . It was so much like
what I remember it to be like, this was on point. It tasted so good with the potatoes and tofu eggs and gravy on the side
My go-to eats and I never regret it! #luvinarms because I’m vegan for the animals
Perfect comfort dish for those days when you need to eat your feelings: a big
slab of country-fried seitan, scrambled tofu, gravy, and potatoes smothered in gravy. The breading on the seitan was not only well spiced but generous and fried to a golden crisp. The biscuit was a bit dry and I wish the potatoes had gotten more of a fry on the outside, but at least there was plenty of gravy to soak up and meld all the parts together. You could probably make 3 meals out of the Big Rig to stretch the $14 it costs, but it's definitely delicious enough that you push yourself to eat it in one sitting.
This is truly a big breakfast. The country fried seitan steak is perfectly juicy. The
biscuit is a great choice, and Watercourse offers house made jam to top your biscuit with.
This can be hit or miss. This was definitely a hit this time! The seitan
was perfectly cooked. The biscuit was warm and fresh, but could've used some butter. And I'm disgusted that the restaurant serves a communal jar of jam🤢🤢🤢
This is a hit or miss dish. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's awful. When
it's good it's really good, though! This time the seitan kind of had the texture of a dried out sponge. Wish there was some consistency.
The Big Rig is huge, and tastes incredible! I also loved the restaurant and it
was an overall great experience.
It seemed that the serving size was smaller than usual but it tasted good, as
always.
