Review of Big Rig at Watercourse Foods by samieats

Perfect comfort dish for those days when you need to eat your feelings: a big slab of country-fried seitan, scrambled tofu, gravy, and potatoes smothered in gravy. The breading on the seitan was not only well spiced but generous and fried to a golden crisp. The biscuit was a bit dry and I wish the potatoes had gotten more of a fry on the outside, but at least there was plenty of gravy to soak up and meld all the parts together. You could probably make 3 meals out of the Big Rig to stretch the $14 it costs, but it's definitely delicious enough that you push yourself to eat it in one sitting.
